Complete Your Rental Application
Fill out your full application including your driver's license info, insurance details, and contact information. Everything is handled through our secure form — no office visit, no fax, no waiting on hold. Takes about 5 minutes on your phone.

Pay Your $50 Refundable Deposit
A $50 deposit is collected through Stripe to reserve the vehicle and confirm your application. This is fully refundable if you're not approved. Your card is saved securely on file for weekly auto-billing once you're active.

Sign Your Rental Agreement
Once your deposit clears, a digital rental agreement is sent to your email to sign electronically. It covers the terms of your rental, vehicle condition, and weekly billing schedule. Please read all terms carefully — this is a legally binding contract and all requests must be submitted in writing.

Set Up Weekly Billing & Get Your Insurance Copy
After signing, you'll receive a Stripe subscription link to set up your recurring weekly payment. You'll also be added to the car's GPS monitoring system and emailed a copy of the vehicle's insurance for your records. We'll then reach out to coordinate your pickup time.
